Job summary

The Drug Enforcement Administration, Human Resources Division, Compensation and Benefits Section, is seeking a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist to lead agency-wide compensation and benefits programs.

The role directs the integration of compensation and benefits with workforce planning, organizational goals, and overall HR objectives, and advises senior managers on program effectiveness and workforce trends. Telework eligibility and Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience administering agency-wide compensation and benefits programs.
• Ability to advise senior managers on program effectiveness and workforce trends.
• Experience coordinating with OPM and other federal entities.

Responsibilities

• Directs the integration of compensation and benefits with workforce planning and HR goals.
• Sets program priorities, develops agency guidance, and directs overall program direction.
