Responsibilities

• Explain performance expectations to employees and provide regular feedback.
• Execute day-to-day operations and support Agency staff on personnel and management issues.
• Appraise subordinate performance to ensure equity in ratings.
• Evaluate legislative and program changes and advise on policy implications.
• Plan and schedule work to promote smooth workflow and even distribution.
• Hear and resolve employee complaints and escalate unresolved cases.
