Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a Sr. Analyst, HR Reporting and Analytics to design, develop, and deliver HR reporting solutions that provide leaders with workforce insights.

You will own a strategic migration to SuccessFactors Report Stories while also managing ongoing operational reports and analytics initiatives. From day one, you’ll be responsible for migrating reporting to modernized solutions, while ensuring stability, governance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR analytics, BI, or HR operations reporting.
• Hands-on HRIS report development experience; SAP SF Report Stories preferred; others OK.
• Data modeling and data warehouse experience.
• Experience using AI tools professionally to modernize reporting workflows.
• Able to translate complex questions into actionable reporting requirements and communicate to senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of HRIS reporting and dashboards from requirements to production support.
• Drive migration to SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories and perform release testing.
• Identify opportunities to retire or consolidate legacy reports and maintain data models per governance standards.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements and deliver meaningful metrics and insights.
• Onboard new users, support reporting tools, and build reporting capability across the organization.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and elevate reporting quality across the function.
• Maintain process documentation and train users for effective adoption.
