Lincoln Financial Group is seeking a Sr. Analyst, HR Reporting and Analytics to design, develop, and deliver HR reporting solutions that give leaders the workforce insights they need.

You will lead the migration to SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories and manage ongoing operational reports, while exploring broader analytics opportunities within People Analytics. Ideal candidates will have 5–7+ years in HR analytics, hands-on HRIS reporting, and strong data modeling and SQL skills, with a passion

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in HR analytics or HR reporting.
• Hands-on HRIS report development experience; SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories preferred.
• Proficiency in data modeling and HR data structures.
• Experience with AI tools to modernize reporting workflows.
• Strong ability to translate business questions into clear reporting requirements for senior leaders.
• Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of new HRIS reporting and dashboards from requirements through testing and production support.
• Drive the SuccessFactors Report Stories migration as SME and conduct SAP release testing and impact analysis.
• Identify opportunities to retire or consolidate legacy reports and optimize data models and queries.
• Translate complex questions into clear reporting requirements in partnership with HR COEs and leaders.
• Serve as a hands-on resource for HRIS reporting tools and onboard new users.
• Actively leverage AI tools to automate and elevate reporting quality.
• Maintain documentation and deliver training to support user adoption.
