Job summary

Uline, a leading distributor, seeks a Senior Human Resources Analyst in Pleasant Prairie, WI to drive analytics that inform talent and business decisions across North America.

In this role, you will build dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI, partner with HR and leaders, and lead analytics projects to improve data quality and processes. A strong background in HR analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL. Knowledge in Python or database management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities that strengthen recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges, providing data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning.
• Lead analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality and business processes.
• Translate insights into clear, concise summaries and presentations for leadership that support strategic business decisions.
