Job summary

UTMB Health seeks a Lead HR Analytics & BI Developer/Applications Systems Analyst to advance HR data solutions across analytics, dashboards, and governance. The role oversees Azure data warehouse models, semantic structures, and secure data flows, partnering with HR, payroll, and recruiting teams.

The candidate will design and optimize Power BI reports, manage ETL pipelines, and coordinate with enterprise cloud teams to ensure reliable data availability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the technical design and delivery of complex, cross-functional HR analytics and data solutions.
• Serves as the lead technical resource for HR analytics, Power BI, semantic modeling, Azure SQL, enterprise data warehouse development, and Azure data integration.
• Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains Power BI reports and dashboards that translate HR and workforce data into clear, actionable information for operational and executive audiences.
