Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking an HR Specialist to transform HR data into actionable insights. You will support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and HR policy guidance while building dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to drive workforce decisions.

You will work remotely, collaborating with HR and IT to ensure data accuracy and compliance, with 2–4 years of HR analytics experience and a bachelor's degree. Certifications are a plus and a performance bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles with proven HR analytics.
• Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or relevant analytics certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain employee records and HRIS data in compliance with policy and law.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and improve retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to ensure data accuracy and system integration.
