Job summary

Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) seeks a data-focused analyst within the Data, Analytics, and HR Systems team. The role builds and maintains CDHS data, ensuring data quality, and produces reports to drive HR decisions.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights for HR leadership and stakeholders. The position emphasizes creating metrics, leveraging SQL Server, Tableau, Excel, and related tools, and collaborating across HR and leadership.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of relevant experience in Data Analysis or other occupation related to the work assigned to this position.
• A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in Data Analysis or occupation related to the work assigned equal to six (6) years.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CDHS data using extracts from various programs; maintain the database and ensure data accuracy.
• Run reports as needed for CDHS and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Present data-derived insights to HR team members and leadership in clear, concise terms.
• Develop, automate, and maintain key HR metrics; collaborate with stakeholders to address business challenges.
