Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, public administration, or a related field.
• Three years of professional HR experience with emphasis on leave of absence management.
• Experience with FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL, and Paid Sick Leave policies.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, benefits, and payroll processes.
• Ability to handle sensitive leave cases with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Plans, oversees, and administers HR functions and programs.
• Performs complex analytical work related to HR.
• Handles recruitment, leave of absence management, benefits administration, HRIS, and employee relations.
• Conducts leave of absence consultations and administers FMLA/CFRA/ADA-related processes.
• Coordinates ADA interactive process for reasonable accommodation requests.
• Maintains accurate records and prepares reports and documentation.
