Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Human Resources (HR) Consultant to join its Managed Services team and serve as a trusted advisor to clients across the full spectrum of human resources.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring broad HR expertise, strong business acumen, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate HR challenges into practical, effective solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, employment compliance, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, HR operations, and policy development.
• Experience advising leaders and navigating complex or sensitive HR situations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working within a consulting, professional services, or other client-service environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage multiple client relationships and engagements.
• Lead projects involving compensation, compliance, succession planning, talent management, performance management, HR operations, and policy development.
• Advise clients on sensitive employee relations and workplace matters.
• Develop and present recommendations to executive and leadership teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, training, and other client sessions.
• Develop HR policies, programs, processes, tools, and resources.
• Manage projects, deadlines, deliverables, and changing client priorities.
• Maintain exceptional responsiveness and follow-through with clients.
• Effectively manage billable-hour expectations, project budgets, utilization goals, and time tracking.
• Collaborate with colleagues and subject-matter experts to bring the right solutions to clients.
