Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Senior HR Representative to provide strategic counsel to leaders and serve as an advocate for hourly and exempt associates. You will guide managers on people-related decisions, drive site climate initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in HR with cross-functional exposure; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent (4 years)
• 3+ years HR experience across core functions
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives
• Strong interpersonal relationships across levels of the company
• Experience partnering with senior management
• Knowledge of HR metrics and systems
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience with investigations and training facilitation

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers on people-related matters
• Advocate for hourly and exempt associates
• Drive site climate and culture initiatives
• Manage internal investigations
• Ensure HR regulatory compliance
• Oversee HR audits and policy adherence
• Train managers on interviewing, performance reviews, and termination processes
• Support staffing, succession planning, and programs
• Lead training and development activities
• Administer compensation, benefits, and EOS-related actions
• Maintain data in HRMS system
