Qualifications

• Ten years of professional HR management experience.
• Minimum five years in labor relations activities related to a labor relations program.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, sociology, psychology, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Advise on harassment, disciplinary actions, performance issues, layoffs and workplace conflicts.
• Address labor relations concerns and participate in their resolution with union reps.
• Investigate and evaluate grievances and support resolution.
• Attend mill meetings with the union and management and document minutes.
• Draft proposals for collective bargaining or contract language.
• Manage recruitment processes: postings, screenings, onboarding, and process improvements.
