Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience.
• PHR/SPHR credentials and CA PHR within 12 months if not certified.
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification required within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative HR guidance to internal and external clients via phone and email.
• Protect client privacy and information.
• Guide clients through complex HR issues and employee relations concerns.
• Develop plans and policies for HR activities; research information and provide best practice advice.
• Support ADP Sales Staff, Payroll District Managers and other teams with HR expertise.
