Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HPC engineering or scientific computing.
• Linux, HPC schedulers, parallel computing, GPUs, and large-scale storage experience.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for HPC operations, architecture, and performance optimization across compute, schedulers, networking, and storage.
• Support workloads including genomics, bioinformatics, modeling, simulation, and AI/ML pipelines.
• Lead technical strategy for scientific data storage, parallel file systems, high-speed networking, and large-scale data workflows.
• Coordinate with scientists and computational users to align resources with mission needs.
