Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced System Administrator Senior Technology Consultant (TS/SCI) for onsite work in Aberdeen, MD. You will manage HPC systems, perform regular patching, and mentor junior staff while ensuring SLAs and security posture.

Requires 8+ years of experience and TS/SCI clearance or higher. Responsibilities include system health monitoring, incident response, and coordinating with clients on hardware/software installations; onsite availability is required.

Formación

• Requires 8+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; in lieu of a degree, 11+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clearance: TS/SCI or equivalent security clearance required for site access.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors and maintains the health of HPC systems, including compute, network, and storage.
• Plans and performs monthly system patching and semiannual OS upgrades.
• Reviews, resolves, and responds to client support tickets; maintains SLAs.
• Mentors junior team members and leads issue and case management.
• Supports on-call rotation and after-hours/weekend support.
• Champions knowledge management and asset reuse across the practice.
