• Knowledge of Housing Choice Voucher Program policies and HUD rules.
• Ability to conduct eligibility interviews and document findings.
• Familiarity with income calculations and rent determinations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eligibility interviews with applicants and port-ins.
• Document family composition, income and housing status per HUD rules.
• Determine voucher size and process tenancy approvals and HAP payments.
• Submit 50058 forms accurately to HUD and maintain files.
