Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years clerical experience.
• Certified Occupancy Specialist within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts interim and annual recertifications interviews and prepares complete, accurate, and timely documentation to ensure ongoing resident eligibility and compliance with HUD, Maryland CDA, and investor requirements.
• Maintains applicant and resident files to ensure audit-ready status, accuracy, and completeness at all times.
• Manages the waiting list and application process with status updates and timely processing per policies.
• Prepares and submits required regulatory reports and rent statements within defined timelines.
• Oversees the work order process to ensure timely resolution and property standards.
• Prepares and distributes a monthly resident newsletter for engagement and communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
