Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore seeks a Program Coordinator to support the Hosanna House and Holden Hall housing programs, delivering case management and coordinating services for single adults experiencing homelessness. Work includes intake, eligibility, referrals, and reporting, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience, with strong collaboration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business, Management, Social Work, or related field.
• Four (4) years of related experience; HUD housing programs preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and oversees case management policies and service delivery.
• Oversees client intake, verifies eligibility and compliance with guidelines.
• Provides direct case management, housing retention, mentoring, and documentation.
• Coordinates regular case management meetings and monitors client service plans.
• Maintains knowledge of community resources and coordinates referrals to services.
• Inspects rooms and ensures safety, HUD, and funding compliance.
• Reviews facility bills and assists with program budget development.
