Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Real Estate Asset Manager to optimize performance across LIHTC and HUD assets, collaborating with property managers and regional teams to drive budgets, forecasts and leases.

The role requires strong financial modeling, deep knowledge of partnership agreements, and the ability to produce asset reports for senior management and investors. 25% travel nationwide may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in property management/leasing/operations and/or real estate asset management.

Responsibilities

• Maximize total return for assigned assets and oversee asset management strategies for LIHTC and HUD properties.
• Collaborate with property managers and Regional Managers on budgets, forecasts, leases, and business plans.
• Conduct market studies to determine competitive rents and analyze cash flow, investment projections.
• Develop periodic asset management reports for senior management, investors, and partners.
