Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 8–10+ years of progressively responsible experience in asset management, multifamily real estate, property management, finance, or a related field.
• Affordable housing experience strongly preferred.
• Certifications such as CHAM, CPM, HCCP, or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• As Senior Asset Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to multifamily and organizational leadership, helping guide major portfolio decisions through data, financial analysis, and asset-level expertise.
• Lead Portfolio Strategy and Financial Performance by balancing financial performance, property operations, regulatory requirements, and long-term asset preservation objectives.
• Drive Capital and Investment Strategy through long-term capital planning and prioritization of investments.
• Strengthen Asset Performance and Risk Management by monitoring portfolio indicators and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Guide Affordable Housing and Regulatory Strategy to incorporate regulatory requirements and preservation efforts.
• Turn Data Into Decisions by building dashboards, models, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate Across CHP to align property strategies with organizational priorities.
