Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee customized asset strategies for LIHTC and HUD communities. You will maximize returns through performance analysis and work with property managers on business plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Responsibilities include market studies, cash flow management, and reporting to senior management, investors and partners. Travel up to 25% nationwide is required; strong analytical skills and Excel modeling are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in property management/leasing/operations and/or real estate asset management.
• Proficiency with modeling investments in Excel.
• Understanding of LIHTC and HUD programs.
• Understanding of accounting and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork ability.
• Self-directed and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maximize total return for each asset via performance analysis.
• Direct and oversee budgets, forecasts, leases, and business plans with managers.
• Conduct market studies to set competitive rents.
• Manage cash flow, distributions, and investment projections.
• Develop and distribute asset management reports to stakeholders.
• Position assets for financial success through budgeting and monitoring.
