Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of affordable housing asset management, LIHTC portfolios.
• Strong background in real estate operations, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a LIHTC portfolio’s financial and operational performance.
• Review budgets, financial statements, and tax returns.
• Coordinate with third‑party property management and sponsor partners.
