Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of two years housekeeping leadership experience in hotel hospitality.
• Experience with Opera Property Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public spaces.
• Analyze room turns and staffing to optimize performance and costs.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures for efficiency and cleanliness.
• Interview, hire, and mentor team members to foster growth.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Attend training and maintain standards consistently.
