Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a detail-driven Room Attendant to ensure spotless, welcoming rooms for guests. You will sanitize bathrooms, replace linens and amenities, and keep carts organized while reporting issues promptly.

The role requires reliability, a guest-centered approach, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Prior hotel or cleaning experience is preferred, with a friendly, professional presence on shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels’ standards.
• Replace linens, amenities, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly.
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergency situations.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
