Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and 2 years leadership in housekeeping or guest services.
• Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations to meet Loews' standards.
• Analyze room turns and staffing needs, and adjust resources in real time.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to drive efficiency and maintain a pristine environment.
• Interview, hire, and mentor team members to foster growth and engagement.
• Maintain optimal staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee uniform and laundry services, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Hold regular team meetings to share updates and address challenges.
• Evaluate team performance and coach for continuous improvement.
• Attend mandatory trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
