Job summary

The role involves daily collaboration with Front Office and Engineering, inspections of guest rooms and public areas, and coaching Hosts for service excellence. You will mentor staff, monitor safety procedures, assist with recruitment and scheduling, and prepare reports on room status and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Requires thorough knowledge of best practices and procedures in hospitality housekeeping.
• At least three years of directly related housekeeping experience.
• At least one year of previous management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Executive Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness standards through guest room and public area inspections.
• Maintains a positive, engaging work environment and high Host engagement and job satisfaction.
• Coordinates with Front Office and Engineering on room status, reports defects, and takes rooms out of order when needed.
