Clany Eco is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations across active markets. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the General Manager, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, training, and supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, checking properties after cleaning, and reporting deficiencies to maintenance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff.
• Ability to hire, train and supervise housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule housekeeping staff according to occupancy forecasts.
• Hire, train, and supervise all housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas and report deficiencies to maintenance.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for adherence to Vision/Brand Standards.
• Ensure proper handling of key cards and security procedures.
• Communicate effectively by writing, telephone and meetings.
