Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring clean, safe, and sanitary conditions across the facility. You will lead staffing, training, inspections, and scheduling while coordinating with the HR and FMD teams.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to safety standards, and effective interaction with residents and staff. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and a focus on quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of housekeeping/laundry supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry personnel and manage staffing.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Respond to resident complaints and ensure corrective action and inspections.
• Plan budgets for Housekeeping and Laundry and ensure expenditures stay within budget.
• Coordinate with Health Care Center and other departments to schedule services.
