Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Supervisor to manage the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments in a CA facility. You will supervise staff, train, schedule, and evaluate performance in collaboration with FMD/HR.

You’ll ensure compliance with federal/state standards and maintain clean, safe spaces for residents. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, inspections, and coordinating with healthcare and other departments to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Required degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree.
• Experience: 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry personnel; manage staffing, interviews, hires, evaluations, and training in collaboration with FMD/HR.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and oversee training; review timesheets.
• Plan and manage budgets for Housekeeping and Laundry; maintain records and ensure billing within budget.
