Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Housekeeping and Laundry Department Supervisor to manage staffing, training, and operations across housekeeping and laundry. You will ensure adherence to all regulations and standards, supervise inspections, and coordinate with other departments to meet resident needs.

The role involves budget planning, scheduling, and performance reviews, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on high-quality service for residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry personnel, including staffing, interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling.
• Coordinate budgets and ensure department expenditures stay within budget.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards across departments.
• Communicate with other departments and residents to coordinate services and respond to requests.
• Inspect cleanliness and perform quality control checks across all areas.
• Oversee laundry operations including deliveries, purchases and inspections.
