Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments at our upscale properties in Austin, TX. You will ensure cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction while driving efficient operations.

You’ll lead a team, manage payroll and scheduling, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Prior supervisory experience and a passion for hospitality are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with the brand hotel or upscale property is a plus.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and develop future housekeeping leaders.
• Positive, can-do attitude and service mindset.

What You'll Do

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
