White Lodging Services, Inc. in Austin seeks a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments across upscale hotels. You will ensure guestrooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness and safety standards while driving guest satisfaction.

In this fast-paced role you will lead scheduling and payroll, supervise teams, and develop future housekeeping leaders. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential.

• Experience leading housekeeping or supervisory teams in a hotel.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
