Job summary

Callaway Resort & Gardens seeks an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations, maintain high cleanliness standards, and oversee staff performance. You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Front Office, and Engineering to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will guide Hosts through coaching, training, and feedback, while upholding safety policies and managing inventories and budgets as needed.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of hospitality housekeeping best practices and procedures.
• Experience leading housekeeping teams and coordinating with other departments.
• Ability to train, mentor and provide constructive feedback to Hosts and staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Executive Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness standards through regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Fosters a positive, engaging work environment and high Host engagement and job satisfaction.
• Coordinates with Front Office and Engineering to assess room status and report defects; may place rooms out of order as needed.
• Communicates clear goals and provides coaching, training and recognition to Hosts.
