Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean and neat conditions across assigned areas in a residential setting. You will report problems to the supervisor and collaborate with the team to ensure upkeep and safety.

Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, restrooms, and common rooms, using proper equipment and chemicals, and coordinating with the Building Maintenance Department for repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping, janitor, or porter roles.
• At least 1 year experience supervising a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and proper usage.
• Experience using standard residential cleaning equipment.
• Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas to meet health standards.
• Vacuum carpets and upholsteries; shampoo as needed.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Move cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
• Sweep and polish floors with appropriate equipment.
• Report maintenance issues to the Building Maintenance Department.
• Observe safety standards; protect residents and property.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations.
