Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways and common rooms to health standards.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash.
• Transport cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Dust to clean furniture and equipment.
• Keep storage areas tidy.
• Report maintenance items to Building Maintenance Department.
• Disinfect equipment and supplies as needed.
• Observe safety standards to maintain a safe environment.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations and furniture.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
