KW Property Management and Consulting seeks a dedicated Housekeeper Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across residential properties. The role requires supervising housekeeping staff, enforcing sanitation standards, and coordinating daily duties to ensure a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining supplies, reporting issues to the supervisor, and guiding staff in the use of cleaning equipment while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in managing and supervising a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and how to properly use them.
• Ability to use standard cleaning equipment within a residential building.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain common areas in residential properties while meeting health standards.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate daily cleaning duties.
• Report maintenance issues to the Building Maintenance Department in a timely manner.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and equipment is used correctly.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and assist with furnishings as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
