Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting seeks an experienced Housekeeper Supervisor for residential properties. This non-exempt, hourly position requires leading a housekeeping team and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.

Responsibilities include supervising cleaning of common areas, managing supplies, coordinating with property staff, and addressing maintenance requests. Minimum supervisory experience, strong communication, and knowledge of cleaning products are required; MS Office

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in managing and supervising a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and how to properly use them.
• Ability to use standard cleaning equipment within a residential building; vacuum cleaner, floor polisher, cleaning cart, etc.
• Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, common rooms and other work areas to meet health standards.
• Clean carpets, draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Carry toilet items and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors with appropriate equipment.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
