Job summary

Sheraton Lake Buena Vista is seeking a proactive security professional to direct, monitor and assist in all hotel safety programs. You will conduct routine tours, enforce safe procedures, and train teams on emergency responses.

Strong leadership and clear communication are essential to protect guests, associates, and assets. The role requires knowledge of security systems, incident reporting and collaboration with hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Safety and security related courses are preferred.
• Must have basic First Aid training.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, security and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct, monitor and assist in all hotel security and safety related programs.
• Complete daily tours of the hotel complex and enforce safe work practices.
• Train managers and associates on Emergency procedures.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline when appropriate.
• Maintain key control procedures and coordinate with department heads.
