Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Complex Senior Sales Manager for The Stephen F Austin Royal Sonesta Hotel in Austin, TX and Sonesta Bee Cave. You will drive revenue through proactive sales, nurture corporate partnerships, and lead business travel and group opportunities across two properties.

Ideal candidates have hotel sales experience, strong networking skills, and the ability to close deals while coordinating with Revenue Management, Operations, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales.
• Ability to manage corporate accounts and travel partnerships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with RFPs and client development.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by targeting business transient and corporate accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel managers.
• Identify and secure new business through networking, site visits, and events.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations to align strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast pipeline.
