Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Westin Tampa Bay is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive group business, maximize room revenue and catering opportunities. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to contract turnover, building long-term relationships with key clients and planners.

The role requires 3–5 years in hotel sales, strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills, and willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably upscale/full-service.
• Experience managing group accounts and achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and secure new group business through prospecting and networking.
• Manage assigned group market segments and larger opportunities.
• Respond to qualified leads with compelling proposals.
• Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and site inspections.
• Negotiate room rates, meeting space, and contract terms.
• Maintain active pipeline and develop strategic account plans.
