Pyramid Global Hospitality's Westin Tampa Bay is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Manager to proactively develop, solicit, and convert group business, driving room revenue and catering goals.
You will manage key accounts, target new opportunities, deliver persuasive proposals, conduct property tours, and negotiate terms to protect profitability. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of hotel sales experience are preferred, with CRM proficiency and the ability to travel locally.

Westin Tampa Bay is a AAA Four Diamond hotel and boasts a beautiful location on the water with magnificent bay views and amenities. We are located just three miles from Tampa International Airport with easy access to popular attractions and the Westshore business district.
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for proactively developing, soliciting, and converting group business to achieve the hotel’s room revenue, catering, and overall commercial goals. This position manages key accounts and high‑value group opportunities while actively prospecting for new business and expanding relationships within assigned market segments. The Senior Sales Manager is expected to demonstrate strong ownership of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation through contracting, turnover, and account development. The position requires a highly proactive, results‑driven sales professional who can strategically sell the hotel, maximize revenue opportunities, and build long‑term client relationships.
The Senior Sales Manager is expected to demonstrate a high level of accountability and independent ownership of assigned markets. Success will be measured through achievement of individual revenue and room‑night goals, new account acquisition, pipeline development, conversion, account penetration, sales activity, and contribution to overall hotel performance. This is a revenue‑producing sales position and requires consistent proactive selling rather than reliance primarily on incoming leads.
Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing. Works closely with: Revenue Management, Catering/Event Management, Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and hotel executive leadership.
Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000
