Job summary

Westmont Hospitality Group, on-property at Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore Hotel, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue across SMERF, corporate group, and business travel markets. You will actively upsell opportunities and ensure timely handover for service delivery.

Responsibilities include developing top-line revenue, mentoring the team, and building strong customer relationships through calls, events, and site visits.

Qualifications

• Must have (2-3+) years of progressive sales experience.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds the department's top-line revenue by adhering to the sales strategy guidelines.
• Meets and exceeds individual revenue goals and manages customer budgets to maximize revenue.
• Proactively solicits and handles revenue opportunities in multiple markets (SMERF, Corporate Group, Business Travel).
• Conducts customer site inspections and expands relationships with new and existing customers.
