Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience in hospitality.
• Experience with FF&E, renovations, or new hotel development.
• Familiar with hotel brand standards and purchasing requirements.
• Proven vendor negotiations, competitive bidding, and purchasing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for new construction, renovations, FF&E, and operating purchases.
• Collaborate with Operations, Design, Construction, and Project Management teams on requirements and delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms across the hotel portfolio.
• Ensure purchases meet brand standards and project budgets.
• Review materials, quantities, and quotations for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate purchasing decisions with leadership and obtain approvals.
• Oversee procurement timelines and flag potential shortages or delays.
• Prepare procurement reports on activity, savings, and risks.
