Job summary

Innspace is seeking a Senior Associate, Procurement, to lead the buyout process for multiple hotel renovations. You will guide sourcing, purchasing, and logistics, mentor a procurement team, and coordinate with Design, Estimating, and Preconstruction to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FF&E Procurement experience in hospitality/design/build environments preferred.
• Proactive leadership to drive buyout oversight across multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel as required and collaborate across Design, Estimating, Preconstruction and Logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing with Design on project specs and vendor feedback.
• Oversee purchasing and ensure accurate quantities, configurations, and budgets.
