Responsibilities

• Assist the Procurement Officer with purchasing activities for hotel operations, renovations, and construction projects.
• Prepare and process purchase orders following established procedures and approvals.
• Request vendor quotations and organize pricing comparisons.
• Review vendor quotations and ensure items, quantities, specs, and pricing are accurate.
• Maintain purchasing records, procurement logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with vendors and Project Managers.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up to meet timelines.
• Coordinate returns and purchasing discrepancies.
