Job summary

The Engineer, Level 3 at Highgate Hotels in Las Vegas is responsible for skilled repairs to the building and equipment, maintaining the hotel's systems with minimal guest disruption. You will perform preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, electrical systems, and plumbing, and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple trades.

As a seasoned team member, you will read blueprints, supervise junior staff, maintain documentation of maintenance activities, and ensure all work complies with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school and/or College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to hotel air conditioning system: change filters, clean coils, replace motors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment (i.e. boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical).
• Take required readings on equipment.
• Test cooling tower and record readings.
• Repair and program hotel electronic lock system.
