Job summary

The Platinum Hotel & Spa in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure all assets and equipment remain in good repair with minimal downtime. The role covers day-to-day maintenance and preventive work, with emphasis on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret documents including blueprints/schematics, procedures, and OSHA standards.
• Hands-on maintenance across building systems and equipment.
• Must have or be able to obtain CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance in the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and FF&E.
• Work safely using hand and power tools.
• Maintain life safety and fire alarm systems.
