Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa is seeking an experienced hotel engineer to manage and monitor the Synergy system, respond to service calls, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance for guest rooms and major mechanical equipment.

The role involves coordinating with electricians, carpenters, painters and night engineers, training new staff, and ensuring compliance with safety codes while maintaining efficient operations across the property.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel engineering experience required, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen and general building construction.
• Vocational training or applicable certification/apprenticeship may be required by state or property.
• Strong reading of blueprints and understanding of technical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Accurately manage and monitor the Synergy system and respond to service calls.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
