Job summary

The Capital Hotel in downtown Little Rock seeks an experienced Chief Engineer to lead all aspects of hotel engineering, maintenance, safety, and asset preservation. This hands-on leader will drive preventative maintenance, capital projects, and operational excellence to protect assets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong background in building systems, preventative maintenance, and safety programs.
• Proven ability to manage capital projects and drive asset preservation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations for the Capital Hotel, including building systems, guest rooms, public areas, and assets.
• Lead safety programs and asset preservation to uphold high standards of quality and guest experience.
• Develop and mentor the engineering team to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
