Qualifications

• 5+ years in building maintenance leadership or related management role.
• Experience implementing maintenance programs and managing capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive maintenance and repairs across property and equipment.
• Monitor life-safety systems and utilities for compliance and safe operation.
• Coordinate with contractors for outside repairs and building maintenance.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and documentation to minimize liabilities and expenses.
• Perform Manager-on-Duty functions as assigned.
